I know you’re a good parent who wants to see their child thrive—I’m here to help make that a reality.

With well over a decade of experience, I wholeheartedly believe in providing personalized care and value the unique qualities of every child, teenager, and parent who seeks my guidance. My services are carefully tailored to each client’s specific needs, and prioritize an approach that considers all factors, both mind and body, that may be contributing to their current challenges. I’m committed to giving my clients the well rounded care they deserve, which is why I collaborate with schools, doctors, and occupational therapists when necessary, ensuring your family receives the utmost support and attention.

Infant Mental Health

This form of therapy is specifically for children from birth to five. Infant mental health is all about helping caregivers understand the unique needs of children in this age group. I’ll help you gain more insight into their child’s development, behaviors, and discover ways to support a healthy emotional connection amid life’s challenges.

Children/Teens

Therapy specifically for children 6 to 18 years old. This form of therapy varies greatly depending on the needs of the child or teen. For this age group I use various methods of therapy depending on the needs of the child or teen, which can include anything from play therapy to talk therapy. Here children and teens will learn to identify, express, and cope with a wide range of feelings. It often includes parent or family sessions to provide parent support, increased connection with their child or teen, and to help advocate for their needs within other systems (daycare, school, healthcare, etc).

Parenting

Parenting sessions are for caregiver(s) who are seeking support and guidance as they care for a child of any age. These sessions are a non-judgemental place to process the personal experiences of being a caregiver, reflect, and learn how their childhood experiences influence how they parent. As well as, gain a deeper understanding of their child and how to help them flourish. Ultimately, it’s about helping parents feel more confident, less stressed, and better equipped to create a happy and harmonious family life.

Therapy that fits you and your family’s life.

I work primarily in my office in downtown Tacoma. However, I do also provide online sessions for teens and adults to allow you the flexibility you may need in your busy life.
