Holistic therapy for infants, children, teens and parents.

Bring harmony and happiness back into your home.

Parenting is one of the most challenging jobs in life.

When our child or teen is having difficulties, we are just supposed to know what, how, and when to help. And with an abundance of information out there, it’s hard to know which source to trust.

You’re a loving and attentive parent who has….

  • Read all the latest and greatest parenting books

  • Listened to hours of podcasts

  • Made multiple attempts to put all those strategies into practice

...and yet, they aren’t bringing the harmony and happiness you were promised. I find that while these promised strategies are helpful, they’re not taking into consideration the various needs of the individual child or family.

What’s it like to work with me?

Partnering with me eliminates the need to sift through an overwhelming array of parenting  advice and having to play a guessing game of your child’s intentions. My commitment lies in delivering personalized care tailored to your family’s unique needs and circumstances.

I take the time to understand your family holistically, considering factors like physical health, early development, and school dynamics. We then begin to piece together the puzzle to better comprehend and interpret your child’s behaviors. Then, I provide practical strategies that address the root causes in order to provide long-lasting positive changes. Spending special one-on-one time with your child is powerful.

However, it’s equally important to tailor that time to the needs of your specific child, set it up in ways that lead to success, and take into consideration the parent’s role.

That’s where I come in. Otherwise, it’s liable to end in a tearful meltdown with lego’s flying everywhere or a power struggle that even the hulk would have difficulty persevering through.

Our sessions will be designed to suit your child’s age, preferences, and your family’s needs, ranging from structured plans to open discussions. I aim to create a nurturing space where parents find unwavering support, children can safely explore their emotions, and teens feel truly understood.

You deserve a therapist who will not only listen to respond, but also to understand.

I’m here to remind parents, children, and teens that you do not have to deal with problems alone.

Walking into the therapy room, with what can feel like an absolute stranger, to talk about your biggest fears, struggles, and emotions can be extremely intimidating.

However client’s often tell me that they quickly become comfortable with me, making it easier to talk openly. They are appreciative to have someone who they can ask questions, express thoughts and feelings to, and receive support without judgment. I’m especially skilled at bridging the gap between systems (occupational therapy, school, pediatricians, etc) and helping parents understand the connection in order to holistically understand their child.

My teenage clients describe me as someone they feel they can trust. I’ve lived and studied a lot about the teenage years. I’ve also worked with many teens throughout my career. But I never assume I know the exact experience a teen is having when they enter my office. It’s through a sincere interest that I listen to understand their experience to build trust in order to offer the support they need.

Connecting with others is a skill that has always come naturally to me.

From a very early age I knew I wanted to become a family therapist and I’ve never turned back. For well over a decade, I have cultivated a profound understanding of how to effectively support children and families. I recognize the importance of seeing the whole person in front of me, both mind and body. Therefore, providing holistic care is central to my approach.

I firmly believe in the value of collaboration, whether that be with other family members, doctors, schools, or daycare providers to provide the utmost well rounded care. I have wholeheartedly come to believe it is never too early or too late to receive support. It is my privilege to support you, your child, or teen, and I am honored to do so.
